Yaso Noodle Bar is the new concept from the team behind Yaso, one of the very first Shanghainese fast casual restaurants to open stateside from childhood friends Chi Zhang, Kevin Gu, and their culinary “yaso” or “uncle,” Chef Zong Xing Tu (formerly the founding chef of the popular Joe’s Shanghai).

Seeking to showcase Shanghainese street food culture in a modern, accessible environment without sacrificing authentic flavors and traditional culinary techniques, Yaso is widely known for its selection of pan fried baos, soup dumplings, noodles, and more. Yaso Noodle Bar will open in 8SIA and exclusively serve dumplings and noodle dishes such as Spicy Seared Pork Dumplings, Yaso Rib Dry Noodles, and Braised Beef Noodle Soup.
