Rice-On! will serve sushi rolls and bowls made with traditional methods and quality ingredients in a refined fast-casual environment. Behind the restaurant is Victor Chan, aircraft mechanic, professional stuntman and business-driven entrepreneur, and Chef Tony Ni of SUteiShi and Sushi-teria. The restaurant utilizes their own custom self-ordering kiosks for quick, precise ordering. Rice-On! will provide fresh to order signature sushi rolls such as Mount Fuji with mango and crunchy spicy tuna topped with tuna, salmon, avocado and sweet soy and signature bowls like Wasabi Maui with pickled wasabi salmon, edamame salad, seasoned cucumbers, green seaweed, bonito flakes and tamago with garlic soy all served with home-brewed soy sauce and house-made condiments.
