Curry 42 is the Southeast-Asian counter service restaurant and accomplished Chef Chian Tia Pua’s first solo endeavor. The restaurant was inspired by Chef Pua’s passion for Malaysian cuisine and childhood spent in Thailand where he began working in his father’s restaurant at the age of 12. Curry42 brings curry, the dish at the heart of Southeast-Asian street food, to 8SIA in an effort to make the healthy and delicious food accessible to a diverse audience. The restaurant will serve three signature curries in a build-your-own-bowl style, featuring Classic Thai Green Curry, Pua’s Yellow Curry, and Panang Red Curry paired with a choice of jasmine rice, brown rice, or a mixed vegetable base.
